Connect with your mind, body, and spirit! Join us Monday evenings for Yin Yoga in Ballina at North Wall. The Yin practice is designed to help you find balance, release tension, and boost your well-being.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness. Yin targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and joints, as well as muscles. The extended time in each pose encourages a meditative state, helping to calm the mind and reduce stress.
Why Yin?
Yin yoga is a great way to start your week because it promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and balance. By focusing on slow, deep stretches and holding poses for extended periods, Yin yoga helps release tension in the body, increases flexibility, and calms the mind. This gentle practice allows you to connect with your breath and set a positive, mindful tone for the week ahead, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Starting your week with Yin yoga can create a sense of inner peace and grounding, making it easier to navigate the challenges of the days ahead
