This session is for those who carry tension deeply and are seeking a grounded, traditional approach to release — without clinical framing.
Understanding tension and stagnation through traditional philosophy
In eastern philosophy, discomfort and heaviness are often described as signs of stagnation — a slowing or restriction of movement.
Fire cupping has historically been used across many cultures to support circulation and release areas of tension. As a student, I approach cupping educationally and conservatively, without diagnostic intent or therapeutic claims.
How cupping is used here
In this setting, cupping is:
- Applied gently and conservatively
- Used for general wellbeing and tissue awareness
- Offered with clear consent and continuous monitoring
Tui Na–informed techniques are used first to prepare tissues, allowing cupping to feel supportive rather than intense.

This service combines therapeutic Tui Na massage with traditional fire cupping to address deep muscular tension, fascial restriction, and circulatory stagnation.
