Choose the energy your pelvic floor needs

Kegel exercise is the practice of squeezing and tightening your vagina and pelvic muscles to strengthen their ability to regain control.

Using Yoni eggs of different sizes can help you with this exercise:

Slide the egg inside your vulva with or without a pull string... then squeeze your Yoni in intervals to help secure the egg inside. The larger the egg, the easier it is to hold, so the idea is to start with the larger egg and gradually replace it with a smaller one as you start gaining more control. Over time, your muscles start to become stronger.
