Australian shipments will be giving a shipping tracking number and through Australian post
All international will be with DHL with a tracking number
Please keep in mind you are fully responsible for tracking your product and allowing the delivery a safe place for it to be placed. Should the product return to our office or become lost you will be responsible for reshipment or purchasing of new product.
How will my product look?:
Each crystal is perfectly imperfect, craved from semi precious and precious stones. Dark marks, texture and scratches are a natural occurrence from mother earth and completely normal for the nature of the products… Stones and crystals. Be aware that your products my vary in image compared to online photos.
Do I need to pay Custom Tax?
Custom tax, import taxes and duty and anything applicable to your country will be determined at the time of shipping and purchase. Please become familiar with your counties tax for the best reference.
Change your mind?
You have 24 hours to notify us of change of mind and wish for a full refund.
Once you receive your product, we no longer can issue a refund.
We do not take returns due to the nature of use of our products.
Damaged during shipping:
In the unlikely event of Any defects that occur due to shipping, we request immediate notification within 24 hours of receiving the product and photographic evidence.
You will be responsible to contacting the courier and asking for a product mishandling reimbursement.
We will issue a 40% refund or credit for the item as a curtsy should we deem it damaged during transport.
