In the heart of May — the month where we collectively honour mothers — we invite you to slow down and receive.
Join us on Saturday, 24th of May 2025, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre for Mother of Mothers, a gentle and soul-nourishing morning designed to honour the sacred path of motherhood in all its beautiful, messy, and transformative forms.
This gathering is a sanctuary. A chance to breathe. To return to yourself.
Whether you’re in the newborn haze, navigating school drop-offs and dinner preps, or mothering in ways unseen and unspoken — this morning is for you.
What to Expect:
This intimate two-hour offering weaves together the grounding wisdom of yoga, the sacred medicine of circle, and the power of sisterhood. Together, we’ll move through:
- 🌿 Gentle Hatha Yoga and breathwork to return home to your body
- 🌸 Guided Meditation and intention-setting to quiet the noise and connect within
- 🔥 A Sacred Women’s Circle to be seen, heard, and held in community
- 🎨 Creative Expression & Shared Reflection
- 🍵 Herbal Tea & Heartfelt Connection

Cristina Arcila – Holistic women’s wellness guide, mother, and circle facilitator, Cristina holds space rooted in the ancient wisdom of womanhood. She will guide our women’s circle with ritual, reflection, and shared stories.
Rochelle Egan – Yoga teacher and meditation guide, Rochelle will open our morning with grounding movement and mindful breath to bring you home to yourself.
