Why choose a Yoni egg 🥚
After I had my son, even though I had a c-section, I had been pushing for a natural birth for 22 hours. After having involuntary pushing and to no relief of my son being born naturally, I had to have an emergency c-section..
Post birth and during my healing process, I thought that maybe the one “benefit” of having a Caesarean birth was I would still have pelvic floor control and none of the stories of loss of bladder control….. Sadly I was mistaken. Being in natural labour for 22 hours still caused strain and weakened my pelvic floor muscles.
Kegel exercise is the practice of squeezing and tightening of your vagina and pelvic muscles to strengthen their ability to regain control.
Using Yoni eggs of different sizes is one way of using a tool to help you with this exercise.
Simply slide the egg inside of your vulva (The larger the egg the easier it is to hold so the idea is start from large to small as you start gaining more control) with or without a pull string….. simply squeeze your Yoni in intervals to help secure the egg inside. Over time your muscles start to become stronger (like working out 🏋️♀️ at the gym 💪🏽) but for your 🐈… 😈
Different crystal eggs have different frequencies and healing properties.
Using the eggs have helped me strengthen my Yoni again and it has also increased my sexual libido.

Here are some simple recommendations for beginners
~ laying down on your back. You could wear your yoni egg to sleep and this is an easy way to get used to wearing it for longer periods
~ sitting; wearing your yoni egg while you sit and practice gently squeezing around it.
~ in the shower 🚿 here’s a simple way of using your egg and getting your body and vagina ready for using it while doing activities
Whatever you feel called to for starting or building up to wearing it for longer periods, there’s no right or wrong. Just what feels right for you. A few mins or the whole day. Listen to your body.

How we store emotions in our vagina 🌸
We store different emotions and memories in different parts of our bodies.
One way we learn to release and work through it is with dance, yoga, massages, meditation and so on.
One place we forget to attend to is our yoni and for any woman who’s experienced trauma, sexual, emotional or physical abuse, this is the first place it’s stored.
When women start to have a physical response to these traumas such as vaginismus, shame, guilt or embarrassment around themselves and their sexual activity, it’s because there’s build up storage of trauma in the yoni that hasn’t been released.
The yoni is literally the most important part for human existence, life emerges from her. Which makes sense that if we’ve had some form of trauma that’s the first place it’s stored.
Working through the act of self discovery and pleasure either using yoni eggs for strength or wands for pressure point massage is an ancient way of softening the emotions and physical response and opening up our bodies, hearts and spirits again. It’s working through the traumas and helping move it out of the body.
Yoni love and care is often over looked, but like any muscle you want to build it takes time, patience, love and practice
