You have 24 hours to notify us of change of mind and wish for a full refund.
Once you receive your product, we no longer can issue a refund.
We do not take returns due to the nature of use of our products.
Damaged during shipping:
In the unlikely event of Any defects that occur due to shipping, we request immediate notification within 24 hours of receiving the product and photographic evidence.
You will be responsible to contacting the courier and asking for a product mishandling reimbursement.
We will issue a 40% refund or credit for the item as a curtsy should we deem it damaged during transport.
